Terms and Conditions

We are not a trading platform or an exchange as prescribed by SEBI. We are into buying & trading of unlisted/private company shares & other financial products. Buying and/or selling of financial products are subject to terms and conditions of respective institution/brokerage houses. A lock-in period of 6 months from the date of listing on exchanges applies to all unlisted shares.

1. Order Fulfillment: We accept your buy/ sell order for unlisted shares in offline method as unlisted shares are an OTC (Over the counter) product/s. In case due to unavoidable circumstances, if the shares are not available after receipt of the payment, the payment so received will be refunded to buyer/s bank account maintained with Induscap Wealth Private Ltd. The refund will be initiated within 48 hours.

2. Delivery of Securities: The DP ID and client ID provided to us will be used to deliver the securities. Incase, the details are incorrect and/or the same has been changed and have not been informed to us, Induscap Wealth Private Ltd/ its Associates/Directors/Employees shall not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the buyer and the risk of delivery shall be borne by the Buyer.

3. Buyers & Sellers obligation: Any Buying /Selling trade should be honoured by the buyer/seller. For any transaction related dispute, buyer of the securities shall indemnify Induscap Wealth Private Ltd/its employees/directors/associates to the extent of the consideration value of the securities. For any regulatory or transaction related dispute, seller of the securities shall indemnify Induscap Wealth Private Ltd/ its employees/ directors/ associates to the extent of the consideration value of the securities.

4. Trade Cancellation: Any buying/selling trade cancellation is solely at the discretion of Induscap Wealth Private Ltd.

5. Delivery Timeline: The securities are generally delivered within 12 hours from the time of receipt of the payment. In case of any unavoidable circumstances including but not limited to non-delivery of shares from the counter parties, technical issues/glitch, the delivery of securities may be affected.
